Agency Republic website »

Agency Republic needed a new site—to replace their outdated Flash-based one—and wanted to show off their new direction: responsive, semantic and context-aware. The site had to work on desktops, tablets and smartphones, and look and work beautifully.

The site is a pure front-end solution, utilising media queries, HTML5 (video & semantic elements), CSS3 transitions and jQuery/Javascript to provide a high quality experience. I worked closely with a motion designer to achieve a smooth, cross-device result, and worked hard to ensure a unique & usable mobile version.

Danone Activia »

The project was to create a completely new website for Danone Activia in the UK: one that would better reflect the core values of the Activia brand, and also tie into the new branding and advertising that was undertaken from Christmas 2010, through to Summer 2011.

I used CSS3 and JavaScript 'polyfills' to progressively enhance the user experience (a key factor of the success of the new site), whilst ensuring a solid, consistent experience across the site, and across browsers (IE7+). I thoroughly enjoyed working closely with the designers to craft a beautiful, and successful, new experience — and one that exceeded expectations.

Vodafone Free Sims »

Vodafone wanted a dedicated portal for their Free Sims campaign allowing users to sign up for SIM cards. It needed a site that would be versatile enough to be able to fit into their 'house' style; to stand alone as a custom solution; and, sit inside Facebook as an App page. One HTML framework was required to work in all these locations.

I worked with back-end developers & QA to ensure our code was robust across in all locations, and that the system was seamlessly integrated with Vodafone's own platform.
